James & Co Residential Builders is a family-run building company based in North Epping, NSW
We aim to be your go-to for general carpentry, remedial building work, roof repairs, timber repairs, small renovations & composite decking.
Our purpose is to help homeowners with projects that are too complex for a handyman, but not quite big enough for the large building companies.
We have extensive experience working on homes across Epping, Beecroft, and Sydney’s North Shore — from 1920s character houses through to modern extensions.
We’re fully licensed and insured, and we take pride in delivering high-quality work that meets Australian Standards.
